Blue Moon hosts a fantastically original and unique Indian-Caribbean Fusion restaurant. There is certainly nothing alike in the region. We are well-known for our feasts of up to 30 guests in our thatched-roof dining kiosk, or 90+ with buffet. Our guests enjoy dinner the traditional Indian way seated comfortabley upon cushions on the floor with banana leaves as plates and the right hand as silverware. A typical feast features vegetable pacoras, tandori or coconut chicken or fish or goat curry, spicy vegetable curries, homemade chutneys, cooling fresh salads, cinnimon-cardomon spiced rice, and a refreshing desert.
The poolside restaurant at Blue Moon has an international reputation for exotic dinner parties and its fresh food. We take advantage of locally grown vegetables, as well as our own gardens sprawling the sunset hill. Most of our dairy products are from neighboring farms, if not our own heard of cattle. We take pleasure and pride in the personal relationships we have with the local baker, butcher, and fisherman. They allow us to guarantee excellent quality and consistency in our meals. The creativity is all our own doing. It is usual that groups of guests come up to our place by taxis. Taxis take up to 6 people for the same price. If you are not a group of 6, we will try to group you together with other people. Please inquire about this. Also note: You must reserve in advance.
