Located in the middle of Cabarete Bay, Café Pitu offers everything one needs for a good start in the morning, a relaxed afternoon or a hot party night.
Café Pitu is a small beach bar/restaurant directly on the beach and next to the Fanatic Boarder Center. Gaby and Thomas, the owners, will be happy to welcome you here.
Here, service is important and personal and you will see, the friendly staff knows you by name after a few times around.
In the morning, you can enjoy one of the great international breakfasts (i.e. Italian, French, German, Dominican,…) while watching the waves roll onto shore.
For the ones that are getting a late start after a long party night , breakfast is served until 3:30 pm!
Later, you can have a hearty lunch before the wind picks up and you go windsurfing, kitesurfing or have a sunbath on the beach.
Choose between a large variety of dishes, such as different sandwiches and pastas, salads or for the “sweet ones” our famous pancakes.
After an active day, come and have a happy hour sundowner such as one of our favorites, the Caipirinha Pitcher, before going back to your hotel and getting ready for a night out in town.
Our staff in the evening is always in a good mood and will do everything to make you feel welcome. Whether you want to have a romantic dinner for two or just have some drinks with a group of friends, Café Pitu is the right place to do so.
Our evening menu offers many different pizzas, mexican food, pastas, salads and more. Have a glass of wine with it or one of the many cocktails.
Several times a week we have Special nights, such as Pizza 2 for 1 or Rasta Pasta.
The Café Pitu is open daily from 7.30 am to 1 pm.
